Thursday Hill Training
Focussed for the next few weeks on preparation for those members who have entered alpine races in this year's Chamonix competitions. Meet for an 18:00 start at Mundaydean Lane for a gentle warm-up, followed by a circa thirty-minute hills session and then a warm-down.

Arrive dressed “ready to run” and carry hand sanitiser - same as a regular club run. No socialising before/after the run. Bring own food and hydration if required (for own use only) during the run.
