As we start heading towards the end of our summer running and the lighter evenings please join us for some relay fun, this will be a joint social event with our friends at Handy Cross!

Please meet at Gossmore Park at 6.45pm for a 7pm start (car parking is available but no toilets!)

Format: Relays in teams of 2 or 3 (depending on numbers). Each lap is 800m. If in teams of 2 each person will run 5 laps (4km total) and if in teams of 3 each person will run 4 laps (3.2km total). We will be pairing teams so that they are equally matched (as far as possible!!) in terms of 5k times which should make it a bit more fun as it will be anyone’s race!!
