Really enjoyed this tough challenge over and around some amazing coastline. Simple concept with the organisation of a range of distances from 5k up to marathon worked very well and set out a great opportunity for runners of all abilities to set themselves a challenge that worked very well. Thank you to all the marshal points, volunteers and support around the whole course - great run - loved it!

Beautiful route, just the first few hundred metres a bit tricky with the bottle neck but it gave me a lot determination to catch up! Friendly marshals and photographers, BEAUTIFUL scenery. I chose 'maybe' suitable for beginners due to the hills, however saying that it's a nice course and will push you but not impossible by any means.

Surprised by announcement at start where we were told local farmers were trying to disrupt the event by removing arrow signs or reversing them. Pathetic attitude, but obviously something the organisers have to sort for future years.

Great race, more toilets needed next year, Marshalls were great ????

On the website it did not mention there was a cost for parking. Forewarned is forearmed. And there needs to be clearer instruction for the start and finish of the race. Other than that a great race.
