Mont Ventoux
Join us in 2022 to complete arguably the hardest of all the Tour de France climbs at 1909 m, Mont Ventoux is a true beast of a climb, and should be on any cyclists to do list, The legendary ascent of Mont Ventoux, setting off from Bedoin, a distance of 21 km with a 1,610 m elevation gain. You will encounter an average gradient of 7.5% with a maximum gradient of 12%.
Along with the Mont Ventoux climb , we will cycle from our base around the other areas of Provence to include Les Gorges de Trente – Pas and Gorge de la Nesque, these are stunning rides around the countryside of Provence.
This ride is most definitely not about speed this experience is about cycling with friends (or new ones) and enjoying where we are.
Each day we will achieve a new cycling challenge, mostly about enjoying the day in the saddle or heading to the tops of the numerous col’s (Mountains) we find on route, with amazing views in the Mountains and Descents that range from 8 – 25 km, it is an experience you will not get every day.
From our hotel we will cycle a different route each day, always with the goal of riding, drinking good coffee, eating cake and being in wonder of our stunning surroundings.
Each evening we will enjoy some sunning French cuisine with the odd glass (Bottle) of Grenache and Syrah all done in the setting sun and memories to last a lifetime.
An Unforgettable experience.
Day 1: Arrive in Grenoble and make our way to the hotel, with a possible afternoon ride (Wednesday July 27th).
Day 2: Ride to and around Les Gorges de Trente – Pas. (Images here).
Day 3: Ride to and up Mont Ventoux (Friday 29th July).
Day 4: Ride to and around Gorge de la Nesque (Images here).
Day 5: Return to Grenoble for our Journey Home (Sunday 31st July).
It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the start location for this experience.
This is in France; we can transfer you from Grenoble (ONLY) to Mont Ventoux.
Please ensure your return flight is from Grenoble, we will transfer you to Grenoble ONLY.
The total cost of the trip is £590.00 (Including all the booking fee's).
The initial payment through this webpage is a deposit of £200 (Plus the booking fee) this will then secure your place.
Further payments are due in staged intervals or you can pay the balance in full.

If there is a need to book flights, ferries or additional travel please contact us BEFORE you do this, the experiences have a limited number of entrants needed for the event to take place, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred booking these addition travel arrangements.

The standards, principles, and responsibilities of all our Staff and Guides are to respect, protect and preserve our planet. We expect all our entrants to abide to the same rules allowing us to take lifelong memories away with us but leaving only our footsteps behind.
It may be difficult to find rooms that you will have to yourself, this can be done but will include extra costs (single supplement).
Unless otherwise stated you will be sharing a room.
All rooms are twin rooms, with single beds, this is not always possible in remote locations, so you may be in a room of 3.
If you are coming with a friend or a companion to share the experience with, we will room you together if you inform us first.
