Title: Damp and not expecting much

After a week in Spain, and very little recent running (particularly speed work), and walking the A2B hash recce the day before, I was hoping for a 42 minute but as my PB is 40:58 on the flat 2018 Exeter 10k, that was a bit hopeful. The 43 mins was unpleasant but not hideous, and about where I'm at right now. Asthma was a problem in km 2-4 and again near the end.
