Meet at Hazelwood club at 7:15pm for jog to start at 7:30pm

Starting from the bottom of Cheyne Walk/Uplands Road, 

Run along Cheyne Walk to the crossroads

Turn right up the hill and then right again onto Langham Gardens

At the end, turn left up the hill and left again onto Onslow Gardens

At the end turn right up the hill (again) onto Cranleigh Gardens

At the end turn right and down the hill, Uplands Way, back to the start

Repeat 3 times
