Ladies race start time - 19:30.
Men race start time - 20:00.
The course is three tarmac laps under flood lights. It's undulating, but still relatively fast with PB potential.
You should use yourr Chingford League bib from prior league races. If this is your first race this season - you will be issued a bib before teh start. If you lost your bib - please get in touch.
If you use the venue car park - please validate your reg at the terminal inside for free parking.
