Social swims are just that. A great chance to swim or dip in the company of like minded open water swimmers, enjoy our wonderful wild spaces and get a dose of the cold stuff along with all it's wonderful mental and physical health benefits. Of course you also get the comfort and confidence of being looked after by experienced coaches, lifeguards and adventurers, Jude and Paul along with all their stories and homemade cake. A great chance to pick their brains for top tips and enthusiasm.
Swim skins or suits it is up to you.

What better way to start the festivities than with a invigorating cold water dip, followed by hot drinks, bacon butties and mince pies. That feeling of being alive will stay with you all day.
