Who should join the class:

running beginners or people who want to keep fit

Course:

• Every Friday night start from 28/06/2019 until 26/07/2019 total 5 sessions

• First session and last session provide 1 mile test

• Time is 7pm til 8pm and location is Mile End Park Leisure Centre and Stadium, 190 Burdett Rd, Mile End, London E3 4H

• Our coach's personal best for marathon is 2:51:21,  who will guide you finish running interval each session.

• Entrance fee to the stadium is extra £3.55 pounds
