Title: Sri Chimnoy 10k Debut

My first 'Sri Chimnoy' event i have done greater than 5km - Self Transcendence events being 1m, 2m or 5km in Edinburgh during summer. Not my best performance for 10km by any means - some 10mins slower than my PB. But legs were tired from a long run yesterday and not too fit presently. But enjoyable and I look forward to future events - especially the day the 'real' thing can be resurrected competing side-by-side against other club runners. Glad Sri Chimnoy has taken on the organisation of hosting these virtual events in these unusual times.
