Title: Great Run. My PB 10k

Thought 5 laps  will be monotonous, but the changing scenery in the park and along thames park will avoid boring out, Also you get to take a little drink each lap if you need :)

My personal best 10k,  loved it.

Title: 9.5k in 33.36

The race was well organised and the Marshalls were fantastic. It is good to have a course in a park, but it was a shame it was very short.
