The New Forest is an area of southern England that includes New Forest National Park. The region is known for its heath-land, forest trails and native ponies.
What better place to experience trail running, regardless of experience, we actively encourage new runners to our events and with no cut offs all you need do is worry about being ready for the event.
All the routes start in Godshill just on the Western edge of the New forest, near to the fighting cocks public house. Registration will be in Godshill village hall.
The routes and will take you on captivating run through the forest including wide open paths, woodland and plenty of open space, with views out and across the moorland.
With plenty of wildlife to keep you company including deer, ponies, cattle and the odd pig, this near end of season trail running event should be a lovely if not slightly chilly end to your years efforts.
With routes to include, Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km and a Cani-cross 10 km.
Fancy running with your dog, also available is a Cani-cross on the 10 km route. (10 km ONLY, NO DOGS ON THE OTHER ROUTES PLEASE).
To minimise disturbance to wildlife, livestock and other people, please keep your dogs on a lead or dog leash at all times. Pick up after your dog.
