Event Profile: This race is a two lap scenic course in the
beautiful grounds of Royal Greenwich Park; there is one challenging hill. The
race will be chip timed and a PB is possible. A donation from each entry will
go straight to YDC Young Diabetes Connections, Just by participation alone you
will be helping.
Fun Run: You will be able to enter the fun run on the day, the fee will be £7 all young children runners must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, the race will start at 11:00 all runners with a race number will receive a medal.
Event information: Entry Fee £20 - Affiliated Runners £18 Closing date one day before the event.
Prizes: 1st 2nd 3rd M/F 40+50+60+M/F Team prize and spot prizes and a great medal to all finishers.
Registration information: Registration will open at 8:00 and close 9:15, This is where you will collect your race number, chip timing and instructions, there will be a warm up and the race will Start at 9:30.
Location information: The race will be held at the Royal Greenwich Park SE10 8QY An e-mail will be sent out a few weeks before the event with all the information you will need.
Facilities: Café, Public toilets, Pay and display parking inside free outside, Baggage area, water Station on route, Chip timing, A warm up. Snappy Races will be taking photos on race day the fee for each photo will be (£2:49) with £1 going straight to YDC so smiley faces.
Registration message Optional: If you would like to raise a minimum of £60 for YDC they will send you a free top to run in on race day .A team photo will be taken after the event, wearing your medal and top with pride. Cutty Sark Station- walk through the market you will reach St Mary’s Gate and the Circus Gate of the park.

You can take the river boat to Greenwich Pier from Westminster, Embankment or Tower Piers.
Parking
Parking is free out side the park and there is lots of it. There is pay and display inside the park. All parking areas are not far from the start. Parking on a double yellow line is not permitted at any time, Excess charge £80.
