Butterfly Run London 2020

Cure EB funds medical research to find a cure for epidermolysis bullosa "EB", a severe genetic skin condition that leads to blistering and skin loss at the slightest friction. Children with the condition are often referred to as 'Butterfly Children' their skin said to be as 'fragile as a butterflies wings'

What we want most is for children and adults to fly free from the pain of EB and make the blisters and wounds stop.

We would love you to join us at the Olympic Park in Stratford, within the shadow of the Olympic stadium to run/walk or wheel to help #CureEB

All entrants will recieve a Butterfly Run 2020 race t-shirt, race number, time chip and finishers medal.

There are events to suit everyone such as an egg and spoon race, 1K, 5k and 10K races so bring your family and friends and have fun!

Directions

The meeting point and registration for the event is The Timber Lodge Café, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, 1a Honour Lea Avenue, London, E20 1DY. Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Olympic Park – by train, underground, bus or bicycle. The nearest train, tube and bus stops are at Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton stations.

If you are exiting out of Stratford Underground Station - take escalator or lift up to ‘The Street’ (which is the outdoor part of Westfield Shopping Centre) – follow it along, bear right at Fountain Square toward John Lewis and then take a left. At the end of the passage, cross the road into the Park.  Follow signs to the 'Timber Lodge Cafe'... We are right there!
