Fundraising - We ask you try to raise £50.00 each which is what our cancer patients could pay on a daily drive in petrol to Oxford to receive their lifesaving treatment. If you wish not to fundraise, you can make a donation at the payment screen to support the charity.
Each year hundreds of Swindon cancer patients travel on average 2,500 miles each to receive essential radiotherapy treatment.
At one of the most vulnerable times in their lives they make this journey away from their support network.
We need to raise £2.9 million in order to equip Swindon with the facilities which will be housed in a new radiotherapy building at the Great Western Hospital.
With eight people every day being diagnosed with cancer most of us either know someone effected or have been personally affected - this is our chance to support the biggest improvement in cancer care in Swindon for over a generation.
