Title: Training run towards my 50th marathon celebrating virgin london marathon

Ths is the first time i have entered selsdon half, and done double half marsthon events this weekend as i then went and completed lee valley half marathon on 25/3/18
i really enjoyed the selsdon half and hugebthank you to all the marshalls for such fantastic encouragement and support and for being there for me at the finish.  This has been an epic journey as have had 3 x spinal surgery, left total knee replacement in 2016, and total right shoulder replacement 9 weeks ago.  Im not one to let osteoarthritis defeat me,new goal, reach 69th matsthon in 60th year.
