Title: A great IOW middle distance event and social weekend

Quite frankly one of the most beautiful weekend's in our diary. Stunning scenery, friendly efficient organisation, and many smiles and grimaces along the way. Ignore the cycling picture - it's on the roads, taking in the infamous Freshwater climb and Military Rd. Much of the route is on brand new tarmac, making for some fast segments and Strava times. 

The Spyvelo Long Weekend is achievable for most triathletes. Sleeping transitions make everything do-able. 

We will be back in 2019 for our third year.
