Title: tried to cancel - no response

I tried to cancel my participation by emailing the email provided on the website but got no response whatsoever

Title: Race 2018?

I did not want to race in those terrible conditions, but there was no information provided about registration and cancellation. I hope my details can be credited for the 2018 entry instead?

Title: Rather disappointed

I was looking forward to doing this triathlon as it was my first time taking part on it and it looked amazing on the website.
I feel very disappointed with all the race oganization.
First of all it was quite difficult to find the registration place as it wasn´t sign posted at all. You can find the Marina easily but once there, there weren´t any signs from the Event organization. The starting/finish line were nonexistent, no fruit or refreshments at the end (well sorry a little glass of juice), no emergency services, no chip to control times, no medals, no tshirts... the list has no end, I wonder where the £44 from all the competitors have gone...
The race course was also badly signed in some junctions during the race and the bike bit, and it caused the confusion of the participants
As I said very bad organized event.
