Title: Brilliant - but hard!

Every bit as tough as it says, the Jog Shop 20 was great - really well marshalled and signed, even though it's pretty much totally off road and in the countryside. The four water stations were all well stocked, the medal was good and there was loads to eat/drink at the finish. The route is brilliant, tough and challenging without being unmanageable - and the pre-race briefing, with the advice to "Pick your battles" when it comes to deciding whether to run or walk up some of the tougher hills, was invaluable. Friendly and fun, I'll definitely be doing it again - once the legs have recovered!

Title: A fantastic well organised trail run well marshalled with friendly and encouragement will be back next year.
