Title: Hillingdon Cycle Track Duathlon

I do look forward to Hillingdon Triathletes duathlon races.  They are very pro para-triathlon at this club and always feel 110% accepted.  I use a race chair for the run and handcycle for the cycling, and make up time on most in the race chair against the runners and lose it again against the cyclists, oh well.  The track is reasonably flat and fast, it is the organisers, volunteers and athletes that make the day.  The number of times I get encouraging comments from athletes, stewards and organisers during the race is far more than similar events.  I give them 12/10.  Next year I do hope to get some competition from a few colleagues, as long as they don't beat me :D .
