Markers for each kilometre would have been beneficial. Results system is unsatisfactory. If you didn’t have a watch or had a problem with your watch how would you claim your time?
Having lost my mojo, and not running for at least 3 months, Sunday's 10k was make or break. I hoped to manage 3k before having to walk but 5 1/2 later I was buzzing!! Had to walk for a while but pushed to run the last bit. Has given me back my running bug. It would have been nice to see a few more Marshals, and got tricky running through people walking along, other than that it was good.
