Muddy and fun
A fun Christmassy run round a castle, with clubs in, pastries and mince pies to finish. What's not to like.

Good fun run
It was a good fun run but a tough one. It was hard going through the mud that got gloriously muddier with each lap! Then you turn the corner on the shore and get the gusting wind and the delightful ‘sea’ smell! Mmmmmm!!
The end of the race was completed with a superb medal, hot mulled wine and a fantastic array of cakes, pastries and mince pies which were very welcome.
A special thank you to all of the marshalls that kept our spirits up and sugar levels by supplying jelly babies,
