Virtual Santa Dash 2020
So this Year It Is Your Way, Your Pace, Your Date
As we cannot run the Bexhill Lions Santa Dash as usual this year due to Covid 19, we are starting the festive season off this year with a Virtual Santa Dash.
You can select a date between Sunday 6th December and Sunday 13th December and choose your route (2k or 5k) whether in Bexhill or the Bahamas (don’t forget to quarantine when you get back). Make it a family/friend event – but please keep to the current Covid regulations on the day.
This year we will not be providing a Santa suit as part of the event, and have reduced the entry fee accordingly to £6.00. We encourage you to wear seasonal fancy dress, or you will be able to purchase the santa suits from us for £4.00 on the Patio of De La Warr Pavilion on 4th December between 9.30 am and 1.00 pm, you will also be able to collect your medal in advance by showing your entry email, or, for additional cost suits and/or medals can be posted.
On the day you are doing your event, let everyone know what you are doing on social media, especially if you are collecting for your own good cause or Bexhill Lions.
Once you have finished your personal event, send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, and there will a prize for the best fancy dress or Santa outfit.
Have a good time, raise funds for your good cause, and hopefully we will be back to the normal event next year (Sunday 5th Decmber 2021).
