Suggest one more water point during the run.

This is my third year of running this event and while I think the race itself is generally very well run, one issue I do have is that they never have enough veggie sausages at the end! Unless you're one of the fastest runners (which I'm not), they run out really quickly. This is an issue EVERY year. They clearly don't cater enough for the vegetarian runners. Perhaps they should ask if you're veggie when you sign up to get an idea? It's quite a let down finishing the race and seeing all the meat eaters tucking into their bacon sarnies and literally having nothing but a banana! Please Granchester organisers, consider the vegetarians!

Lots of marshals, great food at the end, well organised and felt like a very friendly event to go to as relative beginners to running events.

1. Sorry to see plastic bottles of water being given out at the end. This is no longer environmentally acceptable.

2. This survey page is a total mess - very hard to see which options the radio buttons apply to.

Loved the free bacon buttie, nice medal, first time we’ve done it, would definitely do it again, would have liked to see charity stalls for Maggies and ACT, but the weather wasn’t being very kind to us! Lovely to have a bit of fizz to celebrate the 10th anniversary, thank you, felt involved and part of a good event. Thanks to all the fab cheery marshals, out in not so pleasant weather, keeping us safe.

Great fun

Unfortunately by the time I had finished my 10k the veggie option had run out and I was turned away at the food station empty handed. This did put a downer on an otherwise great event, despite the rain.

It was tough because of rain and mud

The only observation I'd make is that the announcements were very hard to hear, other than that, a great event

As a slow runner I almost didn’t go as other races have penalised slow runners with things running out and being cleared away before I finished. This was so different. Still a great atmosphere at the end. Still bacon butties and champagne EVEN FOR SLOWER RUNNERS. Marshall brilliant despite horrid weather. Cannot praise this inclusive event highly enough.

I found on arrival the blind corner we had to cross to the race entrance needed a steward there to warn public of any cars as a couple come round quite quickly. Also bottled water on the station and finish and maybe a banana/snack at the end would have been a nice gesture as like previous runs I have been on . Other than that it was a well run event with all info coverd online and no time limit on parking which was a plus .
