Great mucky (it is February) day out on the bike
Good testing route, defo not for the untrained. Great feed stations (you can be in and out in 5 mins) and the welcoming beer at the end, together with great food trucks.

Loved my first HOTA! Proper bunch of cyclists and not an undertaking prat in sight. Proper riding. Roads were pretty ropey in places but then where in the UK isn’t?

Very well run event, very well stocked food stations.
All the volunteers and support team are super cheerful and always have a friendly smile, which is lovely to see when you have been toiling away on the road.

A tough early season test, but really well organised.
The organisation, in particular the feed stops were really excellent. Everyone involved in the organisation was very friendly. Some of the faster riders are inconsiderate and impatient when passing.
