Great scenery, stretch at the water both directions too long.
Flat 10k in attractive central London park, no pressure so ok for beginners to running 10k to get started
The main master of ceremonies was very good but the Marshalls on the route were very passive and did not engage with runners much.
It was great
Another water station needed at the 3 and 7 k make -it was cool today but more water neede in future!

There was a lack of marshalls around the course directing people in the right direction. It is difficult to stay focused when running hard. One guy (lucky for me as it upped me to 3rd) went the wrong way due to this and I struggled at one turn as no one was directing. Please sort this out for next year. Thank you

Saw a girl collapse just after finish, medics on site were already attending, ambulances arrived shortly after. Big thank you to the on-site medics, so glad I've never had to use their skills, so glad they're there! Hope that the girl will recover.
