A challenge but good fun
At times, the ground was so slippery that it was difficult to make progress. I'm not sure of the solution but perhaps some advise on foot wear in the future

Slippery, muddy, wet and lots of fun!
Three years of running (to a fashion) the Knacker Cracker. It’s a great start to the year and I’ve not run the same course yet! Always a challenge but great to have a local demanding run that is enough people to be fun and few enough to prove you are a hard nut!
