It's back and for 2024 we have added a 5k option (actually 5.3k, but that's more aarghs for your money)!! The 10k route follows the the seafront from Minnis Bay to Reculver, infamous for its smuggling in days gone by. Every finisher will also get a special medal commissioned for the event.
This is a flat 10k route, making it suitable for both beginners and those chasing a quick time! There will be lots of live pirate action, parrots, gun crews and our usual fun and friendly atmosphere. Bring the whole family and enjoy this lovely coastal location.
As with all of our events we organise, we will be using the very latest chip timing. We will be providing a live feed onto our website for results - so cross the line and your result goes live!

10k Advanced entries: £21 affiliated club members, £23 unaffiliated
On-the-day (subject to space): £30
5k Advanced entries: £15 affiliated club members, £17 unaffiliated
On-the-day (subject to space): £25
Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for 10k is 15 years on the day, for the 5k the minimum age is 11 on the day.
