The UK Ultra South Downs event is made up of 5 different races through the iconic South Downs National Park in the South East of England.The courses are all point to point, in stunning locations, on non technical, runnable trails with views to die for, making them ideal for runners and walkers of all abilities.

The routes are stunning but challenging and, at some point all merge together to cross over the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head and end in the same location in Eastbourne.The races are designed so that the majority of runners finish closely together which makes for a memorable finish line experience for participants and supporters. We promise quite a party with race commentary, food, music, massage and drinks in a beautiful setting. All routes are fully marked with regular, well stocked aid stations manned by our amazing volunteers. 

The event takes place on May 25th/26th, 2024 with the 100 mile kicking of the weekend on Saturday afternoon in what is a really beautiful and epic route with lots of flat running early on before hitting the hillier sections in the second. 

On Sunday morning, the 100k, 50k, 20 mile and half marathon take place again all on beautiful but challenging routes with a mixture of faster, runnable parts but, also hillier sections at times. The views and scenary however will make it all worthwhile.
