I know its hard - so this is not a complaint - but I think maybe a bit more thought might want to go into the routes in and out of transition for T1 and T2. There was too much of a crush changing from cycle to R2. there was a big pile up around the entry to transition. Also in T1, the young runners were being crashed into by the slower cyclists. I just think there was quite a spread of abilities and therefore some of the ins and outs of the transitions didn't quite work.

I would like to know how I can access the results.

Thank you for putting on the event and giving participants across age-groups and ability to be able to enjoy the event.

Some constructive feedback:
- Tri-Starts (I understand this is supposed to be fun event), The course did not match the instructions, the first run was meant to be 400m, it was probably less than 100m. Having parents in transition made it very chaotic. For the 2nd run, the finish line was not clearly marked out and some runners ran right past the finish not knowing they had completed the event.

- TS-2 Event - The end of the bike course (dis-mount line) and the run out crossed each other. This meant that we had runners sprinting out of T2 directly into oncoming cyclists. This looked quite dangerous

With this being a post-covid event and with the good amount of organisation team and the positive energy of the team, 1-2 small improvements could improve this from being a good event to being a fantastic event.

The transition turn was too sharp and caused some accidents and confusion- the Marshalls were telling kids to dismount when they hadn’t completed all the laps yet so need to do something to help them keep count as they are just focussed on following the Marshalls

I personally, preferred the old format with parents being able to see the running rather than them running towards the apron.
There were a few crashes with the 9-10 Yr olds. It's a shame one of the stewards found this funny and continued to tell everyone they were going down like dominoes. One of the girls was hurt, it's not funny

Difficult to know how it could be improved.
