Marlow Striders AGM and Awards Evening
- 7:15pm for prompt 7:30pm start
- Marlow Sports Club, Pound Lane, Marlow - in person only (slides to be distributed after the meeting)

Horrible Hills (Early Start 17:00 -17:30, then AGM) - Mike T
- A "fun" hill session focussed on stamina and duration rather than speed. Suitable for all levels of ability. Balls, buckets and teams will be involved dependant on numbers.
- Meet ( in lay-by) at junction of Berwick Rd and Mundaydean Lane.
