Kids event, too many in the wave, best to split the ages up, as such a vast range of abilities which caused accidents. Transition set up was the wrong way around, which caused more carnage as dropped scooter then run back through other racers and parents to collect bike then ride through everyone to start lap. Being on the same loop with so many meant you had people running whilst others scooting and cycling in narrow paths. A few more signs on where to go directing people from the car park to registration and start of each race. Also signage to the desks at the top which had refreshments, bouncy castle etc. Great event though guys, look forward to more.

Two waves (under 6 and 6 and over maybe) for the scooter bike run would be great.. very chaotic and crashes that didnt need to happen. Real.potential though for a great event
