Just a thought on the environmental impact. Given lots of plastic cups and leaflets, but was told they weren't recycled.

There should be more marshals throughout the run just for safety reasons and maybe a proper start /finish point ( like a blow up one) so it's easy to see. Other than that it was good. We were late starting too. At the start towards the back we had no idea what was going on and couldn't hear. A megaphone would help with that. We didn't know the race had even started. The warm ups we didn't hear either. There wasn't enough bottles of water either. There needed to be more advertising and promotion there to show there was a run on and what it was for. The run was good though and I enjoyed it. I would do it again.

Disappointing numbers for the organisers I'm sure , no doubt due in part to the 10 mile in Brighton which I think is new. And the weather threatened to be both wet and windy, turning out to be only windy. Hope you keep this going.
Could not hear anything that the organizers said at the beginning so better sound system would be a good idea
Not many beginner runners so made me feel slightly uncomfortable but everyone was really supportive and friendly
Good but needs some distance markings!

Lovely views but organisation could have been better.
No secure storage and no one seemed sure where the start was. Also us at the back couldn't hear the announcement at the start line.

Great spirit between strangers
Disappointed with the lack of communication beforehand & didn't like one of the organisers comments about sticking to 10 K's and not trying anymore. The other helpers were really friendly and encouraging though and we met some nice people.
My name wasn't on the list when we registered which was odd. Good day though despite the comments after we finished

It's a shame the race does not start until 11am and at the end of race from the pier it's very busy with the public walking had to keep running round than !! But I can unstand as its public footpath !!not sure if you would be able to change this situation!!And thank you for the volunteers for there hard work and time for arranging this race

Lovely run on my home turf
It's a small run that didn't seem very organised to start with but it turned out to be really nice. The only thing for me was picking up the number on the morning. I got there early as I didn't know if there would be a big queue, I didn't want to be rushed. It turned out to be too early and I was really cold. It would be nice if the numbers were sent out.

It would be helpful to have a few more distance markers (maybe flags) along the route as it was quite hard to spot the chalk marked on the pathway.
