There are currently no future races for this event.
We hope to be using the New boat house this year for registration and some where you can leave your bags There will also be changing rooms. We have now added the swim and run course map to the web site. It will also show you where to park.
The Big South East Swim returns to Dartford for the 5th year running.
Come and swim in one of the cleanest lakes in the UK.
You have 4 swim and 2 Aquathlons distances to choose from. This is the ideal swim venue for beginners and experienced swimmers.
On arriving at the Bridge Site please make your way to the car park.
Then follow the arrows to the swim start that’s about 600 meters away.
To find us by Sat Nav the postcode is DA15GA and that will take you to the car park
Please keep to the pavement as the fast track bus route will be running all day.
Registration will be on the right hand side on the grass and will open at 8am.
There will be changing tents and Toilets on site.
Please take care when you exit the lake as the ground will be wet and muddy.
The swim will take place in the South Lake at The Bridge. Wet suits are compulsory.
Open water Swim Start times are as follows
Registration will open at 8am and the race will start at 9am so please give your self time to get there and get ready.
The Aquathlon race will also start at 9am but this may change depending on how many entry’s we receive for both event.
If you are bringing children with you please keep them away from the waters edge and the bus lane at all times.
There will also be free food and cold drinks after the race for all swimmers..

PLEASE NOTE: Swimming is forbidden in the lakes on The Bridge at any time other than for events or during authorised Open Water Swim training sessions. Any person found swimming in the lakes on The Bridge is committing an act of Trespass, will be asked to leave and will be barred from site and disqualified from all future events at The Bridge.
