Social racing from 5pm to 8pm at Thruxton Circuit.
Entry is including with your Centurion ride.
1. Event Participation
- All participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the event (or accompanied by a responsible adult if under 18, subject to organiser approval).
- Riders must be in good health and physically able to complete the course.
- By registering, you confirm that you understand the nature of the event and ride at your own risk.
2. Equipment
- Helmets conforming to UK safety standards (e.g. EN1078) must be worn at all times while riding.
- Gravel, cyclocross or mountain bikes are permitted; e-bikes may be allowed in non-competitive categories if clearly marked.
- Bikes must be in good working order and pass any pre-event safety checks.
3. Circuit Rules
- This event takes place on a closed racing circuit; however, riders must still ride responsibly and within their limits.
- Drafting is not permitted; time trial positions are allowed where safe.
- Overtaking must be done with care—shout "on your right" when passing.
- Dangerous riding, aggressive behaviour or foul language will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Timing and Results
- The event is timed. Results will be published online after the event.
- Protests or disputes must be raised with the organisers within 30 minutes of results being posted.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Entries are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
- In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event.
6. Liability
- Riders participate at their own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred during the event.
- Personal insurance is recommended.
7. Medical and Emergencies
- First aid will be available on-site.
- If you see a fellow rider in difficulty, please alert a marshal or first aider immediately.
- You must stop and withdraw from the event if instructed to do so by medical personnel.
8. Photography and Media
- The organiser may take photographs or video footage during the event.
- By entering, you consent to the use of your image in event promotional material, unless you notify the organiser in writing.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respect fellow riders, volunteers, staff, and the venue.
- No littering on the circuit—use bins provided.
- Anti-social behaviour or rule breaches will result in disqualification and potential bans from future events.
