Community membership - £20 : You’ll get an individual 16 week plan provided from Team Wass Coaching, and additional access to the “Raceways Team Wass Running Community”  - a social Facebook group and email newsletter to provide you with community support, feedback, to share ideas and experience, and for Becky from Team Wass Coaching to provide weekly tips and motivation.
