Title: Great environment, great run

Thanks to the organizers and supporters, it was a great event to unite with Chinese friends in UK, the whole experience was great.

Title: A running day for all

(1) My elder son and I attended 10 K race. By the time of race we've raised about £850 for Grenfell Tower victims and their families.
(2) My elder son completed his first 10 K race. He is 16 years old. So well done to him!
(3) My younger son completed his 500 m race and came in 2nd place. He has got a prize for him!
(4) I and my two sons completes nfamily 1500 m relay and we came in 2nd place. So very well done for all of us!

It was really a running day for all, lots of fun!

Title: 印象深刻的有意义的第一跑

参加有组织的跑步，这还是头一回，而且是很有意义的慈善跑，印象更加深刻。赛前的宣传和准备都比较充分，组织者和志愿者都很热情、积极的筹办和准备，都投入了很大的精力，为的是举办一届有意义的活动，这种精神也感染了每个人。

虽然比赛服送达延迟不能在当天穿上，更衣室的指示不够显眼，除了这点瑕疵外，整个组织还是井井有条，大家也很投入。在异国他乡能够结识到各行各业的华人，建立起了交流的桥梁，这本身就已经很成功了。

谈谈个人跑步感想。第一次在草地上跑，草虽然软对脚、膝盖有保护作用，但相比柏油路，因为软所以脚发力总觉得使不上劲，感觉也比在柏油路费力。但因为是比赛，所以大家还是很尽力地奔跑。

感谢组织者、志愿者，希望这种活动能够多举办，重在参与和交流。谢谢。
