Challenging early season long route but great
Nice early season ride
a relaxed no pressure event for everyone to try
well organised & good signage
Windy
good sportive especially for beginners
Excellent Route, Relaxed and Friendly Atmosphere
Stunningly scenic route with plenty of variation
Good Early sportive to get the legs going as relatively flat route
Bot disappointed by the food available at the end, really fancied a bacon sandwich or something savoury and there was only sweet stuff or vegan stuff available
Did what it said on the tin
No crew at Huish Episcopi Feed Station. Apart from that well organised and sign posted. Lovely route avoiding main roads. Good job.
A relaxed well sign posted ride.
A bit hillier than I expected but all very manageable. Really enjoyed the day, everyone was friendly. I did it alone as a fairly novice rider so enjoyed riding knowing help was just a phone call away.
Great event, well organised, Look forward to next year.
Signage was a bit iffy around Odcombe but not a problem when following GPS.
An easy route with some lovely views
I'm no sportive expert but the atmosphere was relaxed, but not brilliant.
Well signposted, good feed stations, and a nice route.
An extra 10k would be good (on the medium route), chip timing, and maybe some photography would be a great addition, but overall we had a good day on the Somerset levels. Thankyou
Enjoyed tge day tge ride and the company
A very well organised event.
Nice quiet roads
Well signed, apart from I missed the turn in Montecute and did not see another sign (I knew the way) did an extra 2 miles.
Great event to do my first 100 miler!
No chip timing and some of the signage could have been a little before the turns rather than on them, but otherwise an excellent event with very well stocked feed stations.
Good route with good feed stops.
Signage was good in earlier part of route(medium route) but without my mates Garmin I would have got lost in late part of the route. A lot of beginners and older guys like me (79) don't have the dosh for such expensive items, and in my case I wouldn't know how to use it, so a well signed route is something I always look for. Good to have hot drinks available on such a cold day, and very important in early season rides. Also, glad to see that next year you have taken my mates idea to make over 60 miles !!!
An excellent route and good signage.
I would have like a distance around the 70m mark - 56 too short and 110 too long for me at this stage.
As well as chalk arrows at junctions, how about single chalk cross 50m down the wrong road/s?
Thanks, a good day.
Friendly welcoming well organised event
Excellent route, very well signed with excellent aid stations, what more do you need
Overall a good sportive, signposted very well and good mixture of hills and flats. Well stocked feed stations, and good atmosphere.
