By choosing to participate in the event, I agree to take part in any AspireX Events (trading as Tri And Enter Events Ltd) events at my own risk. I understand that whilst every effort has been made by the event organisers to manage foreseeable risks as far as practically possible, I accept that events of this nature are not without risk.

I acknowledge that this event involves varying degrees of physical exertion, and by signing this disclaimer, I confirm that I am not aware of any medical reason that would prevent me from participating. If I have any doubts about my health or ability to take part—particularly if I have a medical condition that could be affected by exercise, such as a heart condition—I understand that I should seek approval from a medical professional before participating.

I confirm that I will follow all safety regulations set out by the organisers. I understand that the organisers do not provide personal accident or other insurance cover for participants. If I require financial protection in the event of an accident, I accept that it is my responsibility to arrange this through an insurance broker or other suitably qualified professional authorised by the Financial Services Authority.

I understand that my emergency contact details must be kept up to date and clearly displayed on the back of my race number in case of an emergency.

I agree that the organisers may take photographs and video footage before, during, and after the event, and I consent to the use of these images and/or videos for promotional purposes.

I consent to the sharing of my personal details with relevant third parties (such as medical professionals or hospitals) if required to facilitate treatment or care during the event.

I confirm that I understand I am participating at my own risk, and AspireX Events (trading as Tri And Enter Events Ltd) cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained as a result of my participation.

Junior Participant Disclaimer (For All Participants Under 18 Years of Age)

By allowing your child to participate in any AspireX Events (trading as Tri And Enter Events Ltd) activity, you acknowledge that their involvement is at their own risk. While the organisers have taken steps to manage foreseeable risks, events of this nature may involve inherent risks.

You confirm that your child does not have any medical condition that would prevent them from safely participating. If there are any concerns about their health—particularly regarding a condition that could be affected by exercise, such as a heart condition—you should seek medical approval before allowing them to take part.

By registering your child, you provide consent for their participation and confirm that they understand the risks involved.
