These events are swim / run races. They are all in unheated water so wetsuits are needed.

The first and fourth events are at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex and are 750m swim in the outdoor pool followed by a 5k run on grass.

The swim is a mass start in the outdoor pool, making it an ideal preparation for open water races, including having to remove your wetsuit.

The run is a 3 lap out and back course, giving competitors plenty of opportunity to see the position of their opponents. This also gives your families plenty of opportunities to cheer you on!

There will be shorter distances for younger competitors or people who are trying to come to terms with swimming in close proximity to others.

The second and third events are at Denham Waterski Centre and are not suitable for Juniors (under 16). These events also have 1,000m and 2,000m Open Water Swim option.

This is a lake swim followed by a mostly off road run of 5km. This will be the 5th year we have used this venue for an Aquathlon. 

The Waterski club serves a full range of drink and food which will be available for purchase. This is an ideal venue and a beautiful setting to bring your whole family to watch and enjoy the race.
