Good car park setup. Nice venue IE able to get a drink at the end. Marshals were brilliant, thank you Striders.

A really enjoyable course for the slower runner like myself. Lovely views on a summer evening ...even the one significant hill in the middle allowed me a little brisk walk followed by the welcome water station then a refreshed downhill run nearly all the way to the finish. Will definitely do again next year

Maybe a couple more porta Lois next year please.

Really enjoyable 10k. A great base location with the bar, burgers, football on tv and the amazing cakes available.

The best marshal's supporting throughout too. Thank you and see you again next year.

So friendly, great atmosphere, well organised, great marshals, water station in just the right place, stunning scenery and route - absolutely perfect!
