In August, Mallory Park is hosting the British Sprint Triathlon Championships and Age Group Qualifier for the European Sprint Championships. To help athletes prepare for this event, ATW invite you to take part in the ultimate Draft-Legal Triathlon Coaching Day at Mallory Park on Saturday 13th July, 8am-1pm.

2004 Athens Olympian, Jodie Swallow is joining our coaching team for the day to pass on her wealth of experience competing in the draft-legal format at the highest level.

Dive into a day of exhilarating triathlon training like never before, tailored specifically for mastering the art of draft-legal racing. Join us at the iconic Mallory Park, where the thrill of the triathlon meets the beauty of strategic drafting.

3. Tailored Workshops: From swim transitions, to bike leg tactics and transition strategies, our comprehensive workshops cover every aspect of draft-legal triathlon racing. Gain insights into the nuances that can make a significant difference in your performance.

4. Hands-On Training: Apply theoretical knowledge directly to practical scenarios with on-track training sessions. Work closely with coaches to refine your transition and drafting techniques, making you a more confident and strategic racer.

5. Race Simulation: Put your skills to the test with a mini, realistic, draft-legal race simulations. Experience the adrenaline rush of navigating through the pack, making crucial decisions, and executing flawless transitions.

6. Interactive Q&A: Engage in discussions with our coaches and fellow triathletes. Get answers to your specific queries, share experiences, and build a network of like-minded individuals passionate about draft-legal racing.

After completing your coaching, you are invited to stay at Mallory to watch up-close how the elites perform in the Senior Super Series races taking place on Saturday afternoon/evening. If you want to put your new-found skills to the test, stay over to Sunday 14th July for the ATW Triathlon with a draft-legal Sprint format on the same course layout as that being used for the British Champs in August. We're offering a £25 discount on the combined entry fees if you take part in both days - using the ticket below.

Camping is available on site for those who wish to make this a social weekend, and there will be food and a bar available on site.
