ATW are inviting you to come down to Mallory Park for a free morning of using the track. Comd down on your own, with friends, with family, or with club mates. Coaches are welcome to bring their athletes too. 

This traffic-free, flat race circuit is the perfect venue for athletes of all standards to train, no matter if you are looking for a race track to enable you to push the pace or simply just enjoy the traffic-free environment to practice skills with a training group. The 2km circuit is mainly flat with a short incline up to the hairpin, providing a sweeping descent to rejoin the flat lap around the lake. 

Inside the track is a paddock area that can be used to practice transitions, and lost of space for running.

In the summer, the lake will be available for open-water swimming, but we'll be waiting for the weather to warm up a bit for that.
