ATW brings you the St Albans Summer 10K!

Kick-start the summer with this flat, fast & chip-timed event that is sure-fire guaranteed to give you the best chance of a PB in the 10K.

The single lap course starts and finishes in Highfield Park and runs out along the flat and tree-lined disused railway line called the Alban Way, towards Hatfield before making a loop via Sleapshyde and returning along the Alban Way. The route is on tarmac, with a grass finish field, and most of the course is traffic-free.
        

A free Children’s Fun Run will take place just before the 10K start (no need to book!)

East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity

We are inviting runners to make a donation on entry to our chosen charity East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity with funds raised supporting the Children’s Ward at Lister Hospital. Kind donations will help provide the best care for local children by funding sensory equipment, games consoles, TV’s as well as activities and toys to entertain and reduce anxiety for those needing treatment at the hospital. The hospital are also fundraising to make improvements to the garden so children and families can enjoy play outdoors and promote wellbeing.
