Closing off the racing season our Autumn Duathlon is always a popular event with lots of people looking to see what's left in the tank before going into a deep winter recovery period.
Held in the safe traffic-free environment of the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit at Minet Park there really is something for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AGE GROUPS ARE BASED ON THE ATHLETES AGE ON 31 DECEMBER 2018 AS OPPOSED TO RACE DAY
TRISTAR (8 & Under) - 400m run / 1.5km bike (1 lap) / 200m run
TRISTAR 1 (9/10) - 750m run / 4.5km bike (3 laps) / 1.5km run
TRISTAR 2 (11/12 - BOYS) - 750m run / 6km bike (4 laps) / 1.5km run
TRISTAR 2 (11/12 - GIRLS) - 750m run / 6km bike (4 laps) / 1.5km run
TRISTAR 3 (13/14) - 1.5km run / 7.5km bike (5 laps) / 1.5km run
YOUTH (15/16) - 1.5km run / 10.5km bike (7 laps) / 1.5km run
JUNIORS (17/18) are welcome to compete in the Adults event
ADULT (17+) - 2 mile run - 10 mile cycle - 1 mile run
All timings will be confirmed nearer the race date however we will start with the adult races at 8am and should be complete by approximately 1pm
