British Athletics, working in partnership with the BBC, would like to invite all women to ‘Get Inspired’ and take part in the Couch to 5k (C25K) initiative.
This free to enter event will start and finish at the iconic Gateshead International Stadium just hours before the world’s best athletes compete at the stadium as part of the Müller Grand Prix Gateshead.
If you are interested in taking part in this fun event that celebrates women’s health and fitness, then please register ASAP as entries are restricted. Good luck with your training! Further information will be sent out prior to the event.
