Minor: Bag drop very slow initially, but sped up in time for the start - suspect the demand was underestimated.
Major: the first ‘out and back’ was too congested (I was in the pink wave). Need to ensure more space for runners this early on in the event.

Definitely worth the trip from west wales. Excellent organisation, toilets well stocked, and plenty of water stations. Will def consider future events again.

It would be nice to have goodie bags.

Only real gripe was the long queue for the bag drop but to be expected given it’s the inaugural race.
Really enjoyed it today, wonderful atmosphere and a really lovely finish coming down from the park into the market square. Can’t wait for next year!

great race in a great setting. Well organised. The team who delivered it were first class and supportive. And I’ve never seen a crowd turnout like this for an even this size. Amazing!

It was a great morning - my only criticism is that I was very disappointed to see plastic bottles at all the water stations. There must be a better way to manage that - paper cups? Or ask runners to bring a cup? Or carry their own?
Other than that, great event
