The CMS is a range of short, friendly midweek hill races, that take place monthly in the Clwydian Hills AONB. They are ideal in terms of setup and distance for beginners, but also suitably challenging for the more seasoned and competitive fell runner who wants a sharp midweek run out in a beauitful area!
