Couch 2 OutFit - 10 week course.

This is perfect for those who are interested in starting or re-introducing structured training and fitness into their weekly routine, and want the ability to access our highly effective in person and online sessions, whilst also enjoying a personal training plan from OutFit's Joe Cooper, via an online platform that gives you clarity, flexbility and motivation to your training plan. It is also ideal for fit and experienced exercisers who want to further progress their training, or are curious to understand and experience what OutFit is all about - our ethos, approach and focus on the individual, to help our clients get the most from their time exercising with us.

Over the course of the 10 weeks you'll enjoy a progressive plan designed around you, and the support of a highly skilled and experienced trainer, to guide you through it. At the end of it, expect to be fitter, stronger, healthier and, crucially - motivated to carry on!
