First time for my son - he loved it! We will return next year and hope friends will join. Very well-organised logistics and easy to navigate the site. Great energy. Big thanks to the helpful and enthusiastic volunteers/marshals. We appreciated the shout outs.

I try to do this event every year, it is so welcoming for all abilities. The marshals are really enthusiastic and there are lovely medals and age group prizes. Thank you for a great event.

Staff / marshals went above and beyond. Was mine and my daughter's first time there and would definitely do it again.

Very small points, but having holes punched in the race numbers and the timing chips on their bands would have made set up a little easier. But honestly very small points and we appreciate all the time and effort of the volunteers in putting the event together!

feedback to the swimming pool - the lockers are very temperamental.

We thoroughly enjoy the Duck and Dash. Such a lovely atmosphere, marshalls are so friendly and helpful. This was our 3rd time of all the family doing the event.

A printout of the QR code for the results website could be taped to the registration desk and in other visible places

Please please stop giving out such awful medals and trophies. Not environmentally friendly and a total waste of resources. There are so many alternatives now. Otherwise a fab event thank you
